1. Perlu diketahui bahwa MEOVVNONA merupakan perantara atau jasa penyedia alamat. Apabila dalam prosesnya terjadi hal yang tidak terduga atau diluar kendali, maka bukan merupakan tanggung jawab MEOVVNONA, tapi akan dibantu untuk urus claim hingga mendapat keputusan final.

  2. Alamat warehouse hanya akan diberikan kepada yang sudah mengisi form.

  3. Dilarang menyebarluaskan, menyalahgunakan, menghubungi alamat warehouse. Jika ketahuan maka akan dikenakan denda $1000.

  4. Dilarang menggunakan alamat warehouse untuk membuka warehouse lagi. Jika ketahuan maka akan dikenakan denda $2000.

  5. Semua paket yang dikirim ke warehouse wajib berstatus PAID atau sudah dibayar. Tidak menerima COD.

  6. Wajib mengisi notes resi dan membayar fee warehouse, jika sudah mendapat resi dari website atau seller. Jika tidak input resi, maka barang akan ditinggal di warehouse.

  7. Tidak menerima paket yang berisi barang terlarang seperti narkoba, senjata tajam, sex toys.

  8. Bukan merupakan tanggung jawab pihak warehouse jika terjadi kerusakan dan/atau kehilangan akibat pengiriman dari website atau seller ke warehouse, warehouse ke warehouse INA, warehouse INA ke domisili customer.

  9. Bukan merupakan tanggung jawab pihak warehouse jika terjadi kehilangan karena kesalahan penulisan detail alamat dan/atau menggunakan stamped shipping.

  10. Bukan merupakan tanggung jawab pihak warehouse jika order barang dari seller atau bukan dari website official, dan barang ternyata unofficial.

  11. Wajib request extra packing apabila mengirim barang pecah belah.

  12. Wajib menyertakan foto barang dan amplop jika menggunakan stamped shipping.

  13. Perhitungan tagihan sesuai dengan berat atau volume yang lebih besar.

  14. Perhitungan volume: (PxLxT)/6000

  15. Waktu maksimal untuk pelunasan tagihan barang yang sudah tiba di warehouse INA adalah 3 hari. Masa simpan barang adalah 14 hari. Jika melebihi batas waktu yang ditentukan, akan dikenakan denda. Apabila lebih dari 1 bulan tidak diclaim, maka barang menjadi milik warehouse dan akan dilelang.

  16. Pengiriman barang ke domisili customer dapat melalui e-commerce atau manual.

  • Pahami TNC dan details warehouse dengan baik.

  • Pastikan sudah mengisi form join warehouse dan sudah diinvite ke group.

  • Harap menuliskan nama dan alamat warehouse dengan benar sesuai yang tertulis pada notes.

  • Input tracking number setiap paket di notes yang telah disediakan, serta membayar fee warehouse sesuai yang tertera dan upload proof payment.

  • Foto arrived warehouse akan diupload ke album jika barang sudah tiba.

  • Membayar tagihan shipping tax jika barang sudah tiba di Indonesia.

  • Harap cek kelengkapan foto arrived INA terlebih dahulu. Pastikan isi paket sudah sesuai.

  • Jumlah tagihan dapat dicek pada sheet rekapan per negara.

  • Tagihan yang tertera sesuai dengan berat atau volume barang.

  • Cek nominal e-commerce yang bisa mendapatkan potongan ongkos kirim.

  • Payment tagihan (sudah dipotong nominal check out) hanya via transfer bank.

  • Rekening hanya atas nama AW!

  • Paket akan dikirim jika sudah membayar lunas seluruh tagihan.

  • Jika ketahuan mengupload proof payment palsu, maka barang tidak dapat diclaim atau menjadi milik warehouse.
